Ok, let me start by saying that this is a really cool idea. At first glance, it reminds me of a scene from a horror movie, which is awesome. The graininess and sepia-esque tones add to the overall impact. Now to the areas of improvement. First, there is a blurry white streak on the lower right side, which distracts from the focus of the picture. Second, the girl blends a bit too much with the background. Maybe desaturating her and the area around her will help, by providing some contrast. Also, I know that the girl is the focus, but I think the overall piece would be improved if you moved her closer to the bottom, slightly off-center. Since she's in a forest, if you did that it would show some of the trees and details of the background, which would make a more desolate atmosphere. Good job!
